Speranta pension has been receiving guests since 2004. It has been categorized 3*** by the Ministry of Constructions and Tourism and by The National Authority for Tourism.
The pension has a newly constructed building, finalized in 2000 and located in the middle of a three thousands square meters yard near a vast forest in the north-west of Breaza.
